A Pint of Chelsea

A lot of news outlets are reporting that Antonio Conte will either be sacked or will be leaving Chelsea in the next 48 hours. Either way it amounts to the same thing, he will no longer be Chelsea manager and he will be paid off somehow. If these reports are right and it'll be 48 hours, that takes us to Wednesday. Why wait so long? Has him winning the FA Cup really changed things? Does that really repair his relationship with the board? Does it make up for all the moaning and negativity this season? Just get it over with. Either he's staying or he's leaving. Just get it over with. You've had months and months to think and plan, so just get on with it. That is the thing that is bugging me most right now, the uncertainty. I think it has been and still is affecting the players. Several players futures, most notably Eden Hazard's, are a bit up in the air at the moment, they don't have long to run on their contracts, the squad needs rebuilding, transfers are...

Willian has taken a childish and petty dig at Antonio Conte on his instagram who he is rumoured to have fallen out with. It's safe to say that this pretty much confirms it.

Chelsea have unveiled their new home kit for next season and it looks crap. Look at it. It's dreadful. What is with all the red and white lines? They add nothing to the kit. They look like some sort of tacky scratch marks or something. The kit would be better without them and all blue.

Jay Dasilva is better than what Ashley Cole was at the same age, at least that's the opinion of Charlton manager Lee Bowyer where Dasilva is currently on loan.

Chelsea have a must win game in the Premier League tonight. Win and Chelsea keep their faint hopes of Champions League football for next season alive. Win and they go into the final game of the season level on points with Liverpool (albeit with a vastly inferior goal difference). Win and they keep the pressure on Tottenham.

So I just came across this on Footballfancast, Chelsea fans responding to reports that Alvaro Morata has agreed a deal with Juventus to join them in the summer. I wrote about this story myself earlier and it looks like I had a much different reaction to this news to everyone else.

I read in the Metro that there are rumours that Alvaro Morata has agreed a deal to join Juventus this summer and will take a pay cut to join.
